At Induva, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 72 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Your contact information

Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method used while placing the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be processed through bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Replacement

If the product received is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products returned after the 48-hour return request window

  • Products without original packaging
